Meet Brittany — Founder of Rise & Sip ☁️ Born and raised in Burlington, NC and proud to call Mebane home for over a decade, I’m Brittany—former teacher turned mobile coffee entrepreneur with a mission to pour joy into every cup. After surviving breast cancer, I knew I couldn’t go back to living life halfway. I left the classroom and built Rise & Sip from scratch—starting with a folding table, a dream, and a whole lot of faith. What started as a local pop-up has grown into a full-blown mobile café bringing handcrafted lattes, good energy, and a whole vibe to my community.
